CrewHQ is the team inside the studio dedicated to finding and developing new talent. Not actors or directors the people who actually make productions happen.

Through this partnership with JABARI, they're opening doors to young people from underrepresented backgrounds who deserve a shot at this industry.

Roles You Could Work Towards

Camera, Costume, Construction, Locations, VFX, Production Office, Accounts, Hair and Makeup, Editing and more. If you've got experience in events, admin, theatre, music, photography or any creative or practical field, your skills are more transferable than you think.

The Programmes

🎬 Trainee Programme Two weeks of on-site training at Leavesden, built by working filmmakers. You'll learn set etiquette, production terminology, department structures and how to work as a freelancer — then interview for paid placements on live Warner Bros. Discovery productions. Travel and accommodation covered. No degree or experience needed. Must have the right to work in the UK. Age 18+.
