Applications open on 2 April and close on 28 April 2026 (but apply early if you can)
CrewHQ is dedicated to removing barriers that prevent people from accessing entry-level roles in film and TV production. If you’ve been trying to break into the industry for a while but keep encountering obstacles or repeated rejections, the new CrewHQ Career Cultivator programme is designed to provide meaningful support and training.

The programme aims to demystify the recruitment process, strengthen your application, interview and assessment-day skills, and help build the confidence you need to succeed.
We recognise that applying for opportunities can feel daunting and we welcome applications from underrepresented groups adversely affected by the societal impact of disability, neurodiversity, ethnicity, gender, or those from regions and social backgrounds where opportunities in film and TV may be limited.
To apply, you must have experienced barriers to entering the industry, be aged 18 or over, have the right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme, have less than one year of industry experience, and be available to attend training from 15–19 June.
If this programme is of interest to you, there will be a webinar on Wednesday 15 April, 17:00 – 18:00. Register for the webinar here.
This programme is designed for people who feel they struggle to get past the first stage of the job application process. If you’ve found it difficult to secure interviews, feel unsure about how to present your experience on your CV, or lack confidence in interviews, this programme is for you.
As a trainee, you will attend one week of training at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, that will improve application, interview and assessment day skills.
You will need to be available to attend training from the 15th to the 19th June 2026.
There is a minimum age of 18 but no upper age limit.
Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for this scheme as we require an unrestricted right to work in the UK. Full checks will be carried out at interview stage.
Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and CrewHQ are committed to diversity and equality of opportunity in all aspects of its work. We work with productions to support any trainee with reasonable adjustment requirements. We also recommend contacting Access to Work for support if you have a physical or mental health condition or disability.
Yes, expenses incurred for all travel (public transport and petrol are claimable, but not taxis) and accommodation (if required) will be covered.
