Schools visiting the Studio Tour have the opportunity to take part in an award-winning education programme, exploring behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films whilst gaining an understanding of how subjects they are studying at school could lead to a career in the film industry.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London welcomes multiple school groups every day through our busiest season between May-July. This role works within the Admissions team and is responsible for providing a warm and exciting welcome to our visiting school groups, preparing bookings for arrival using our ticketing system, meeting them as they arrive on site and ensuring their efficient entry to the Tour, providing the very highest standards of customer care.
Full training will be provided for successful candidates.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter opened its doors on 31st March 2012. The unique attraction offers visitors the ultimate chance to get up close to authentic sets, discover the magic behind spellbinding special effects and explore the behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter film series including stepping in to the Great Hall and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. The Studio Tour has welcomed over 15 million visitors and has been well received with 96% of the 46,000+ reviews on TripAdvisor rating it as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Very Good’ and over 60,000 4- or 5-star ratings on Google Reviews.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
