Red Bull's Graduate Scheme officially launches on 12th October, with roles going live across Sales, Marketing and Finance.

The Sales Graduate positions are on the On Premise team.

The Role: On Premise Sales Graduate
📍 London | Full-time | Competitive salary

You'll rotate across Red Bull's core On-Premise channels: Field Sales, Key Accounts and Trade Marketing, building commercial experience from day one:

• Lead sales projects each rotation, working with the team to spot growth opportunities and hit targets
• Bring trade marketing ideas to life in real customer environments
• Analyse performance and turn results into case studies that shape future strategy
• Get out in the field ("Musketeering") - managing your own patch of On Premise customers and driving brand activation

What They're Looking For

• Genuine interest in sales, customer behaviour and business growth
• Confidence building relationships and pitching ideas clearly
• A target-driven, solutions-first mindset
• UK graduates (any year) or final-year students graduating 2027, ready for a July 2027 start
• Permanent right to work in the UK
