Step 3: Share Insights & AdviceOnce you’ve picked your partners give back and attract.🎙️ Virtual EventsShare insights on what it’s like working in your industry. Educate on skills related to the roles you’re hiring for via online workshops.🏢 In Office EventsHave candidates register to attend, selecting those who are passionate about your organisation and interested in your career paths. Take candidates on a tour of your office, create networking opportunities with current staff, review CVs and teach them about your company.🚩 Careers FairsIf you’re not a well-known organisation, piggyback off the attention of other bigger brands who are hosting stands at careers fairs.
